INFO AND TERMS OF SERVICE
All Scarlet Aura webstore items (in stock available) are delivered by customer’s specification, depending on the place of delivery within 7 (seven) business days from when the money is received in our account. If the product is out of stock and is available for the back order, we will notify you accordingly and deliver the product as soon as possible. When you pre-order a product that is not yet released, the amount will be transferred to us the same day you place your order.
The shipping prices are weight-based, include post and packaging costs and are:
package under 500 g: 2.6€ in Germany, 4.9€ – rest of the world.
package between 0.5 kg and 1 kg: 3.5€ in Germany, 8.5€ – rest of the world.
package between 1 kg and 2 kg: 6.5€ in Germany, 19€ – rest of the world.
If you order inside the EU area, all prices include tax (VAT 24%), if you order from outside the EU prices won’t have tax (VAT 0%).
– PayPal : you can pay with your debit or credit card or with your Paypal account.
You are entitled to return undamaged and unused products to Scarlet Aura webstore. Notifications about this must be done, at the latest, within 14 days after receiving the item. Please contact us at shop[at]outlanders-productions.com with your return notification in order to properly register the return with Scarlet Aura webstore. We will provide you with return instructions and return address.
The message, to customer service, must contain the following information:
a) order number b) title of the product you wish to return.
The returned product must be unused and in an undamaged state in its original package (seals or plastic must be intact). You will have to pay the return postage.
Scarlet Aura webstore guarantees that the products you have ordered are free from errors at the time of delivery. If you should receive a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us at shop[at]outlanders-productions.com upon receiving the item or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the item.
We will handle your complaint and:
(a)Provide a full refund for any product that is not what you ordered or;
(b)Provide a full refund for any goods that are damaged or defective, if this is within a reasonable time following the sale

before you return incorrectly delivered or damaged products to get the return request approved.
When you visit, register or order products or services on www.outlanders-productions.com or www.scarlteaura.net you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit or debit card information.
We may also collect information about your usage of our website as well as information about you from messages you post to the website and e-mails or letters you send to us.
The service provider will NOT disclose information to third parties.
The service provider reserves the right to disclose information about you to the authorities, if the User has acted against the law and good practice.
The service provider has the right to refuse an order if necessary.
The User has the right to check their personal data, change or delete information from the registry entirely.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We will have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control(including, without limitation, accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunications networks, inability to use transport networks, acts of God, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, acts or restraints of Government, and imposition of restrictions on imports or exports).
